Keredge
About us
At the heart of Swiss real estate, Keredge is not simply a market player, but a visionary who is redefining the contours of asset management. Born from the union of “Ker”, from the Breton word for “home” or “living space”, and “Edge”, an Anglicism implying avant-garde and innovation, Keredge embodies a promise: to delimit spaces in order to think them better.
Created and run by visionaries, Keredge is the brainchild of founder and successful entrepreneur Claude Berda, who has brought to life a new approach to real estate in Switzerland. In 2008, he launched Keredge (formerly Magnolia Immobilier), a family-owned real estate company that rapidly evolved into an influential institutional player in the Swiss real estate market.
Today, the company is led by Isabel Munoz, who took over the reins in 2021. Under her leadership, Keredge has consolidated its position as a visionary in asset management, integrating sustainable and innovative practices into every project.
However, Keredge’s growth would not have been possible without the support of Alexandre Berda, son of the founder, who plays a crucial role in the company’s strategy. His solid academic background and international vision enable him to support large-scale projects, while bringing a fresh and dynamic perspective to Keredge.
Under Isabel Munoz’s leadership, Keredge has integrated innovative and sustainable practices into every project, ensuring that the company remains not only a leader in financial performance, but also a key player in sustainable development in Switzerland.
FOUNDER
Claude Berda
Claude Berda is a visionary businessman whose remarkable career spans two very distinct sectors: media and real estate. Claude Berda first built his reputation in the audiovisual industry by co-founding AB Groupe, one of France’s largest content production and broadcasting companies. Thanks to his flair for capitalizing on the liberalization of the airwaves in France in the 1980s, he transformed AB Groupe into a media empire, with a network of theme channels that have marked the history of French television.
Having firmly established his influence in the media, Claude Berda made a strategic shift into real estate, where he has applied the same honed business acumen since the early 2000s, with the help of Jean-Bernard Buchs. The two men initiated iconic projects throughout Switzerland, redefining the standards of innovation and sustainability. In 2008, Mr. Berda founded Magnolia Immobilier, now Keredge, a company that has become a key player in the Swiss real estate market.

Message from the CEO
By investing in long-term growth, being attentive to our customers’ needs and maintaining a sense of well-being at work, we can continue to improve effectively and contribute to the future of real estate for years to come.
Isabel Munoz – CEO (CEO of the year 2024)
At the heart of our success are four core values that guide every decision we make: integrity, innovation, commitment to the community, and sustainability. Under Isabel Munoz’s leadership, these values are not mere principles, but the pillars on which we build the future. We firmly believe that to be truly innovative, we must not only adopt the most advanced technologies: we must put them to work for the common good. That’s why we work closely with local communities to ensure that our projects benefit everyone, creating environments where everyone can thrive.
Quartier de l’Étang is a concrete example of this vision in action. The first site in Switzerland to be awarded the SNBS-Quartier label, it is a perfect illustration of our ability to metamorphose brownfield sites into dynamic, sustainable living spaces. This project is not only an architectural success, but also a demonstration of our commitment to redefining real estate standards in Switzerland, by creating places that combine innovation, respect for the environment and social cohesion.
